Refund and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to issue you a full refund or exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

All items must be returned:

– Unworn and unwashed

– All tags attached to the original packaging

– Free of makeup, animal hair, and any fragrances (including deodorants, perfumes, or laundry detergents)

If your item does not meet these conditions, your return will be rejected.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

– Gift cards

– Products that are on sale or on sale

Note: Damaged items cannot be returned

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN:

To return an item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number to initiate the process

Pack and securely seal your return, invoice, and return form in the appropriate shipping box.

Retain the tracking number on the prepaid return label to track the status of your return.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

SHIPPING COSTS

The standard shipping fee of $6.99 is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable once the return is completed.

However, in some cases where we are at fault, we will cover this cost. (Delivery of item not ordered; Product delivered defective; Delivery over time)

ERROR ORDER

If you have received an order in error, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review and provide you with the best possible solution.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, it may take 7-10 days to process your return from the date we receive it.

Once we have checked that your return meets our requirements, we will expedite the refund process and send you an email notifying you that the refund has been processed. The refund will be issued using the original method.

Please note that the refund does not include the original shipping fee.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before the refund is issued.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.

Note: Once the item has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel or change your order. Please be present to receive and return the item according to the above policy.
